Former President and Army Chief General (R) Pervez Musharraf is expected to arrive in Pakistan as disclosed by his spokesman Khurram Haris. Former dictator has announced to end his nearly four year long self-imposed exile and return to Pakistan under caretaker setup. He vowed to play an active and leading role to bring Pakistan out of current turmoil and crisis.
General Pervez Musharraf is indicted in many cases including those of Benazir Bhutto, Nawab Akbar Bugti and Lal Masjid operation and has been declared proclaimed offender in many cases. However, Khurram Haris claimed that former dictator will not be arrested upon his arrival and he will appear before all the courts hearing cases against him.
Giving a road map of his return Khurram Haris said that Pervez Musharraf will travel on a public flight from Dubai to Karachi and will be greeted by huge number of people.
